Food+Fit=Fun is a volunteer-led nutrition and wellness program. Its bilingual (English and Spanish) lessons offer practical tools for a healthier life. Developed by the NCJW Greater Dallas Section, the program strives to be an enjoyable, family-centered experience meant to combat obesity and food insecurity. It cultivates healthy habits in participants of all ages by modeling eating well, staying active, and having fun.
