CBI is pleased to announce that Oscar Joyner and Thomas Joyner, Jr. will usher in the day followed by a special lunchtime keynote address by Dallas County District Attorney Craig Watkins. Additionally, the conference will offer 45 workshops touching on timely and important issues.
